Project Title: Production and delivery of fuel saving household stoves to RICE in Arua district

Project Overview:

This multi-phase initiative produced and distributed over 5,000 household stoves across Arua District, targeting both refugee and host communities. The stoves featured locally-sourced materials adapted to regional cooking traditions.

With each phase, production capacity increased while maintaining quality standards. The completed project established a sustainable model for decentralized stove manufacturing in the region.
